"Exciting Hangzhou" 2023 Chinese Rugby Sevens Tournament

     "Exciting Hangzhou" 2023 Chinese Rugby Sevens Tournament commenced on June 6 at the Hangzhou Normal University Cangqian Athletics Field. Nineteen teams, 365 athletes, and 45 technical officials from across China gathered and put on exciting matches.

     As the rugby sevens test event of the Hangzhou Asian Games, the tournament accentuated the formal competition requirement of "all factors participation" and "full process rehearsal." This event was co-hosted by National Olympic Sports Center, China Rugby Association. It was undertaken by the Hangzhou Normal University, People's Government of Yuhang District.

      The technical team of Yongchuangheli began the deployment and debugging of the Games Results System on May 29th. We built the Timing & Scoring System, the Results Processing System, and the Public Scoreboards Display System. We installed a complete Timing & Scoring System in the Field of Play (FOP) area; the Results Processing function room houses the Results Processing System and the Public Scoreboards Display System. Each system is equipped with primary and backup hardware and systems to facilitate swift changeovers in case of any issues during the competition.

      On June 4, 2023, the competition came to a successful conclusion. As the technical team of the event, Our team provided Timing & Scoring services per the competition's actual needs. Through this live practice, we achieved excellent refinement and completed the operational services for the test event, earning unanimous affirmation and praise from the competition committee, the information technology department, and all other parties involved.
